support is very slow and ver hard to contact. I submit ticket 2 time if no respon. 08/11/2011 04:04 My VPS Online but I can not connect to my VPS.As well thailandsbooking.com,204.45.16.110,WinSCP and PUTTY not connect. Please check my VPS. 08/11/2011 04:15 i reboot it can not connect too. 08/11/2011 09:42 now i reinstall OS it can not connect too. Help me please. 24 hour form my vps can not connect, i want to respond!!. thanks you Karn Tippimol.
