I just bought a plan with levelhosting.ca about two hours ago and it's been down (along with my site) for the past hour. However, isitdown.us says that it's still up and it's just me. Can anyone else reach the site? I've tried flushing my DNS already.

I can understand your concern however we would have appreciated some sort of ticket/e-mail submission or phone call prior to opening such threads and bold claims.

Everything is operational. If you don't feel comfortable providing your domain name hosted with us in a public thread please provide this information to the moderators on the forums so they can send us the information.

Regards,
LH

Sorry, I wasn't trying to make any accusations - I was simply asking if anyone else was having the same problem and (maybe indirectly) asking for solutions if the problem is on my end. I haven't been able to connect to your site and thus could not send in a support ticket. Though, now that you're here - maybe you could help?

Without any details there isn't much help I can do . If you can't access our site you should still be able to send an e-mail to a general address such as support @ levelhosting dot ca or sales @ levelhosting dot ca. Such threads can create the wrong impression.

As requested, [lease provide your domain name hosted with us. If you don't feel comfortable providing this information in the forum please e-mail it to support @ levelhosting dot ca or send it to a moderator on the forums here since you can't send PMs.

Also, it is possible that your IP address is blocked by the server firewall if you cannot access our site as well.

Regards,
LH

Also, have you tried accessing our site or your site using a proxy server?

OK, I've just checked with a proxy and it appears that there must be some problem on my end or one relating to my IP address. Apologies to levelhosting.

edit: Also, I've sent an email to your support staff, so we can just let this thread die.

Customer sent an e-mail to our support desk. Their IP address was blocked by the server firewall for multiple incorrect login attempts to cPanel.
