Seeing packetloss at 2 sites. Myportal wont load from an outside location. Called into support and waited on hold for 12min, then it rang 5 times then dropped the call.

Finally got some tickets open ~15min ago but it seems fixed now.

Interesting, not aware of any issues yesterday but they did go down hard for 12 minutes on 10/27.
