My vps with Kerplunc has been down for days with no response from their support for over 24 hours

Have you tried contacting them at 1 (888) 262-2835? This is the number I got from www.kerplunc.com Good luck!

I can't reach 888 numbers from Indonesia. From what I read on other threads Kerplunc is now history. Their websites still seem to be taking orders though. Avoid.
