1. My site has been down for 2 days now (on IP: 174.36.108.68). Their excuse - some server attack. OK, but for 2 days and counting?
2. I was the first one to notice the site was down. Chat support person didn't even realize the IP belongs to them; only after emailing them they noticed the problem. Their solution - get the server completely offline and pray the attacker will go away.
Not professional at all, use only if you have a 'Under Construction' meaningless page.
