Gigenet Cloud Issue Notification

Dear Valued Customer,

If you are reading this, this means you have been effected by a problem with San6 - Target1. First and foremost I would like to say we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

We are currently working diligently to fix the issue which has been caused by instability of the current hardware. We are working to move all VM's off this hardware at this time and should be done with this action in approximately 24 hours (hopefully sooner). VM's should be up and running at this time and should remain on-line until we do the failover. We will be pausing all VM's on San6 - Target1 to failover safely to the new hardware for half an hour between 12:00PM - 1:00PM Central Daylight Time, Wednesday 10/12/2011.

This is a required action in order to maintain the integrity of data on this Target. We will keep you posted if anything changes.

Thank You,

The GigeNETCloud Team

Hello,

Per the notice we sent out yesterday, we'll be performing maintenance on SAN6 target1, starting at 12:00PM CDT, or about an hour and fifteen minutes from now. Due to the issues from Monday and Tuesday, we want to get everyone off of this current set of hardware as soon as possible. We understand that this is not the most ideal time, and we do apologize.

During the maintenance we'll pause VMs on this target for about half an hour. The VMs are being paused to safely fail-over to the new hardware-set. The maintenance should correct the issues that we had earlier in the week.

We appreciate the patience you've had with us thus far. We'll send out another notice shortly before we begin, and again once we're done.

Thank you,
--The GigeNET Cloud Team
