Is anybody else with Enotch experiencing downtime right now? My VPS went down almost 12 hours ago and won't boot from the control panel. I also haven't gotten a response from a ticket that I submitted about 10 hours ago.

Same here.
No response on ticket for maybe 48 hours now.
Unable to log into to VPS CP now... says:
Unauthorized Access Attempt

What's with enotch's stability these days?
Are they truly doing down now?

Guess it's time to find a replacement host.

You know... Enotch ran a few ads in July-Sept. (even in the dedi section which looks to be a first)
Then has not logged back on since then.

If they don't come back up at all... then the whole thing smells mighty fishy.

Mine is still down. I had moved all of the critical services months ago, but was still using it as a backup DNS server and SVN repository for my team. Everything has been moved to other providers now, but I hate loosing a resource that was paid up though February. :-(

To my surprise, my VPS has just been restored. (Tickets have not been updated, but the VPS is up.)

I was barely affected that round.
Maybe I was lucky then.
So hung around long enough to experience it myself.

Seriously? 5-6 days isn't enough time?

Looks like my VPS came back to life as well.
It's been up for under 2 hours.
Not sure I'm going to renew though...

My VPS has been out for over 10 days and I still haven't gotten any response from Enotch. I don't know how the heck they keep customers with the extremely crappy quality of their support.

They don't. :-) Service has gone *way* down hill in the last 6 months. I won't be renewing.

I don't think anyone's complaining about not having backups (As far as I know). I'm complaint because I've been paying for my service annually for the past few years and suddenly they decide to crap out on me. They used to be really good, but I guess it's time to look for a new host.

I moved away all my servers to a different provider - opened a ticket to cancel the service and did not get a response - the service (or lack of) is so bad - you can't even cancel!
