Some of our servers are down and we are unable to access support.burst.net and service.burst.net .

I checked all links via host-tracker.com and they showed down from all locations when I posted.

Definitely down.

The support site is showing 500 error as well.

64.120.147 range
64.120.214 range
184.82.154 range

Yes, it is now showing

Hope its not a power outage

Probably entire 184.82 ? as I have 184.82.130 , 184.82.156 , 184.82.152 all down.

2 hours+ downtime later, all I am getting is that it is a Network issue and there is no ETA.

Hello,

There is currently an isolated service outage affecting a small portion of their Scranton, PA US facility. It seems that your server has been affected.

Their Engineers are working to diagnose the problem and they will have service restored as soon as possible.

They are sorry for any inconvenience.
