It had been down for 16 hours now, they need to fix and give us explanation. I'm about to migrate out due to 4 downtime since Aug 23

Just because someone has difficult speaking the English language doesn't mean they aren't allowed to post here.

I no speak english. Server broken. What do?

Who freaking cares what language we speak?? We bought a server in america provided by someone who didnt care what language we speak and now we get less than "decent" service. We all know we wont have the "best" service on a budget plan but we can expect to at least have a little bit of customer service.
