At approximately 6:00 AM facility local time, our Chicago 1/3 network experienced an unexpected service interruption. We determined the cause of the issue to be a malfunction in one of our edge routers servicing the facility. We are in the process of working with the device manufacturers TAC to determine the cause of the issue and proper resolution to avert any future problems. Clients can expect to see a momentary interruption in service which should last no longer than 10 minutes. Updates will be posted here as soon as they become available. Thank you for patience this morning, downtime is never fun for anyone.
We'll be posting a full RFO on https://support.ubiquityhosting.com/ as soon as we figure out precisely what went wrong, the steps taken to fix it, and how we'll prevent it in the future. You can expect that RFO sometime between a few hours from now and a few days from now, depending on how long it takes to sort through all that information and formulate it into plain English. |

Most clients should be back up, but if you're not, definitely submit a ticket so we can look into it. |

I'm told we have a open ticket and, yeah, we are still 100% DOWN. Have been completely down now for 3 hours and 34 minutes (as of 12:36pm MDT) |
