Access request for Ecatel

Hello, Ecatel moved all their servers from Alphen a/d Rijn to somewhere. Does anybody know where they are located now and how to request access? I submitted a support ticket with the same question already yesterday, but to no avail. Thanks in advance!

Never mind. They did email me back, but to the email address that is attatched to the server that is down. Not really their fault since it's the standard reply-to address.
