I see now that the last server to come up is my primary web/mail server. The other servers uptimes report they were up earlier. Keep pinging, they are slowing coming online.

Great to know! Do you actually know why it was down? Did you get any update from your host?

We were notified that server maintenance was going to be conducted on 8/10 for around 6 hours. What actually happened and from what we have learned is that these guys actually removed all 15 “racks” of their servers including servers with our data that they had at Global and moved them to Forth Worth. This was a total misrepresentation and a very poor business decision on their part. My company provides software on vessels around the world that collects and records pertinent information including GPS mapping and tracking. Our customers have been shut down for over 36 hours and has cost our business potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars. As far as I’m concerned, NTD has stolen my company’s data. We have tried to talk with support to no avail. This morning we called and asked for their physical location and we were denied the information.

Please PM me. I am in the same situation as you but I believe I can be of some assistance.
