Ipap.co - Slow/unreachable Super VPS

ANybody else experiencing unrealistic slowness on Ipap.co's Super VPS plans?
It took 30 minutes or more to install htop... 
Before I did the install I took a small disk test and that were pretty fast.. So it must be some kind of CPU-abuser on the Node im on. |

I was thinking of signup up for one of there VPS or Deidicated servers. Could you tell me a little about there service quality, support? Do they allow game servers? |

There prices are exceptionally cheap, but from what i have heard you would expect better support. |
