How to contact Worldstream Support

Can anyone help me? my dedicated server has been down for almost 12 hours now. I am unable login to ssh / whmcs and I tried ping the IP and all time out. So I am contacting the worldstream support via their email support [a] worldstream.nl and info [at] worldstream.nl but I am not getting any response until now. Anyone know where else I can contact them or any other way I can get my server back online? thanks
