Virpus.com 8th day of Downtime

Hello,
Recently i bought one of the vps package from virpus.com along with cPanel/WHM license, now today is 8th day the server is offline and i am raising support tickets but they are unable to resolve the issue and even unable to reply me, in the starting they replied the hard node got corrupted and we are fixing it, and now they don't bother to reply even.

Have you tried to call them yet?
What node are you on also?

What about asking them re-creating your VPS on a new node?

My server on node ovzeure has been down 8 days too. Ticket got the following reply:

The main node under which your vps is hosted is having hard drive issue associated with it due to which the error pops up .
All the vps hosted under the same are at on the process of getting migrated .

No response to follow up inquiries. I have requested that the vps be reprovisioned. Ticket #168411 if Ken has any response.

No i didnt try to call them, i got a new reply from them "migration process is being done." i dont know the node of my VPS.

I asked them but i have 4 GB of data and about 4 cPanel accounts on that VPS, unfortunately i dont have backups of those accounts. i asked them to assign new VPS and move my old data to new VPS and the answer is "We will move your all data if you buy VPS management along with new VPS"

Today is 11th day, it seems they arent gonna fix the issue.
