Netrouting again down (last time 15/07/2011)

Our netrouting server aint accessible.

Last time - 15/07/2011 - full rack(s) power outage.
Now - 24/07/2011 - unknown reason.

Who is also facing this problem?

Hi,

Did you already create a ticket at their customer section? We have still few racks hosted in the Netrouting network and all our racks are online without any problems.

Wow their support is not even 24/7. Probaly 9-5..

It looks like specially your server is offline, because all hops to their last router (r2) are good.

I'm sure it's just one rack, otherwise we should experience the same problems. I guess you don't have a code for their emergency line? I'm afraid you have to wait on a response on your ticket. I hope this won't be monday morning when their office hours starts.

Customer opened a ticket with us in the middle of the night for a problem with only his server and had an answer+solution in exactly 34 minutes after. Enough said.

I don't think it was a problem with just my server.
