blacklotus.com is not loading right now and neither is my VPS. This is the 2nd day this has happened. Hoping for a response soon...

It appears back up now but it seems they have been having network issues the past 2 days that have been recurring. Hope they figure it out soon as the recurring downtime isn't fun.

We have not been having network issues during this time period. You should open a support case at https://support.blacklotus.net or e-mail support@blacklotus.net if you are having issues isolated to your own service.

Also, our web site is blacklotus.net (.com is just an alias). This site has been under a DDoS attack of about ~20 Gbps, so using it as a benchmark for your own service isn't going to yield accurate results.

*******YESTERDAY*******

There was a carrier outage which we have normalized about 10 minutes ago.

I'll leave this ticket open for a little while longer in case we need to update further.

Time Warner is not one of our carriers. If you had made a complaint about your traffic that was traveling via TW, Shawn may have made the decision to drop the announcement that was resulting in your traffic traveling over that path.

Black Lotus has had no downtime during the period that you're reporting. Here is our 24 hour stat from Watchmouse:

LAXCS1 - Los Angeles
Service is operating normally
113 ms 100.0%

LAXER4 - Los Angeles
Service is operating normally
219 ms 100.0%

LAXER5 - Los Angeles
Service is operating normally
140 ms 100.0%

If anyone else had any issues whatsoever, I welcome them to chime in here.
