Nexcess.net Servers Down For Hours?

Posted by dmcutnei, 07-12-2011, 02:15 AM Anyone else having problems with Nexcess.net? Servers seems to have been down for hours. They claim to be running on a backup diesel generator, but haven't provided any update in hours. I'm wondering what others are experiencing. Support at Nexcess is completely silent.
Posted by jay_nexcess, 07-12-2011, 10:05 AM We are running on generator power. A pdu malfunctioned during a power surge that was caused by a very strong thunderstorm. Support is available either by phone at 1866-629-2377 or by email at suppoort@nexcess.net. We are working with engineers and electricians to restore service to our affected clients.
