I guess they forgot to pay the domain and it expired.
edit: Call the owner and tell him about it. There is a phone number in the whois. |

Maybe the owner is out of town or something and doesn't even know the domain has expired. If you are a native english speaker try calling him, could help. |

We have renewed it and this is all down to the people at Tech-Hosts.co.uk
We are currently working with them on this issue.

We where unable to transfer the domain name away from them, and now they are not renewing for us. |

Hi;
That is horrible! 
Do write a review of them on here which will hopefully get their attention. It's mandatory that you transfer it to a reputatable domain registration provider such as Namecheap or ENOM as soon as possible.
