100TB server is down

hello my server is down. any one else facing same problem? |

The whole Softlayer's network is down and 100TB is hosted with them. |

It looks like Washington DC is going down the hill. I got lots of bandwidth drops over there. Dallas is fine (except for the reported issue of yesterday).
Today, the bandwidth keeps dropping every hour or so in Washington. |

It looks like they got hit by DDOS a lot lately. And they are doing nothing about. Currently my uptime is worst on Softlayer Washington then FDC. |
