Good Day,
We sincerely apologize to our clients for a brief outage this afternoon. Our data center provider sustained a massive power outage, redundancies failed as well. The net result was a complete power failure knocking everything out.
Our on site staff have been working incredibly fast to bring our systems online.
We will be sending out a email to our clients as soon as we are comfortable all systems are 100% in functioning order.
Again we sincerely apologize to our client base
