I sincerely apologize for the downtime that has hit Fusionhost this weekend.
This was not a hardware or network fault but was a nameserver error. Over the last week Fusionhost has been preparing to move our cloud services from Dublin to the centre of London to increase the speed of our services and to provide new and improved products.
The transfer was 100% successful which took place on Thursday morning between 1-3am. We kept both of our cloud services online to ensure a zero downtime transition but the nameservers failed to update properly hence the downtime!
As a result of the downtime all clients will receive credit on their account for a free month of hosting under our 99.9% uptime guarantee.
