Twitter and RingCentral Down - Outage?

Twitter has been down for 30 min and RingCentral has also been down for about the same amount of time. Am I freaking out? Usually...I'd go to twitter to find out if something is down, but...

Twitter is back up. Ringcentral is not. Sorry for the thread, I was freaking out because I needed both.
