gazzin / photonvps / psychz very slow network

all plan, all vps, shared plan, reseller plan of this company works very slow or show timeout, they didnt reply tickets yet, 1 hour with this network problem
anyone know what happen? only their sites works |

There was a large DDOS attacked launched at our network where they were targeting our providers, random subnet, along with our core routers. We have mitigated the attack and will be reviewing our topology to defend against such attack. Please note such attack has taken out subnets, and parts of the network with other providers as well. |

I guess that is why I was seeing my VPS going online and offline for several times while working on a web project. |
