Hetzner.de Down ?

Posted by Taweem - Adam, 04-26-2011, 02:15 PM
Am I the only one having problems with accessing www.hetzner.de and problems with my vServer going down for the 3rd time today ?

I get this while trying to view my vServer info:
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I can see the page ok. Have you raised a support ticket with them ?

Be sure to send them instructions on how to re create the issue.

I did, the vServer came back online about an hour ago along with their site, I had ping monitoring information though that it was down for few hours today. Waiting for their reply.

My server (dedicated) there was available OK for the whole day, but I noticed they had a 1-2 min outage yesterday. The have different datacenters, seems your vServer is closer to their core / website

edit: the ping latency spikes are probably only related to my server - I am setting up bacula and backuped multiple VMs without QoS / traffic shaping.

I've got a reply from one of their Support Tech's:

Quote:
"Hello,

we had some trouble on this physical node. Your server is reachable again.
