my server is down

I got this email recently:

We have scheduled a maintenance window for this Saturday morning starting at 1am that will briefly affect the Hivelocity network.

1am 3am (eastern standard time )
Reason for Maintenance:

Router software update.
Summary:
------------------------------
We will be updating the software on our core routing gear this weekend. Once the software update is complete we will be required to perform a reboot. During this time our network will be down for roughly 3-4 minutes. We apologize for this inconvenience.

But my server has been down for about 20 minutes now. Anyone else experiencing the same? |

Yeah, turns out it was an issue on my server (oom-killer killed everything). I'm keeping an eye on it and getting HiVelocity to add their reboot panel so I can reboot my server myself if any issues come up. |
