The main ServInt site and customer portal are up.
According to chatbox comments at the ServInt forums, there are others who are experiencing the same thing.
When we try to open a new ticket or update an existing one, the response/new ticket does not show up.
The ServInt technical support line returns a busy signal.
In other words, there appears to be no way to reach them at this time!

Posted by ServintFritz, 04-15-2011, 02:18 PM ServInt has identified an issue that has affected a small sub-set of its customers. Most of these customers are already back on line. Our service ticketing system is also fully functioning.
