VAServ/CheapVPS Down?

Posted by JayCTN, 04-13-2011, 12:17 PM A VPS I use is down at VAServ/CheapVPS... The user portal is messed up so I can't submit a ticket, and I can't seem to find a phone number to call for support... Anybody else having problems?
Posted by freethought, 04-13-2011, 12:22 PM VAServ/CheapVPS is part of Namesco now after BlueSquare Data sold their Poundhost division to Dada.
There's a phone number on the Namesco site (http://www.names.co.uk/contact.html) so perhaps try calling them? They might not be able to help you directly (it's almost certainly going to be a different division as CheapVPS don't seem to offer phone support) but they can likely point you in the right direction.
