Hazenet down again?

Posted by jackbauersgun, 02-22-2011, 07:01 AM
I've been down for 4 hours on node vz10 with no response to a service ticket. I was also affected by January's long service outage.

Is anyone else experiencing a lapse in service?

Over 12 hours and no service nor reply to support ticket. All nodes are down according to their status page.

Yup - and I doubt any of them will come back online. I'm not getting any response from support either.

Guess you could call this provider dead now.

still down, this is really bad service. no update to my ticket either, is there anyone payed to check those tickets?

this is the second long outage for the last 2 months... at this point i would not recommend to anyone hazenet, they are cheap for a reason!

Yep, I am hearing of everyone else's VPS dying and never coming back up.

Mine is still up, and I am using as a secondary remote backup at the moment.

Although I would officially call them dead, to tell you the truth.

That sucks, are you guys considering switching providers? Have you heard back from them at all?

I've submitted 3 tickets of various nature since this recent outage and I haven't received any reply. I have 5 unanswered tickets since the long January outage (6 if you count one with the generic mass email explaining it was a hostdime issue).

Has anyone had more luck with getting a reply from hazenet support?

Down again over 3 hours and counting. I just got off with hostdime support (since they are the upstream provider[i think that's the term]) and was informed that the hardware is fully functional and online.

Anyway, is anyone in the same boat?

yes, my site is also down... this is getting very annoying.

also to mention, after that 5 days down-time we had the last weeks, when finally it got back online my bandwidth was limited to ~30-40kbyte uplink.
no tickets been answered as usual...

I'm still without service for 120 hours. Has anyone been able to reach support?

Posted by frblack, 03-12-2011, 02:16 PM
no support. support site barely responds... tomorrow will be the 7th day offline.

Looks like hazenet was taken over by ThrustVPS. I hope this marks the end of service outages and ignored support tickets!
