Ransom packet loss issues Burst.net last 24 hours?

I seam to get it randomly. I thought it was me so I had my players start ping burst.net and my server around the world. It seams that were all effected not just certain people from what I can tell.
We run a game server so it tends to really be noticeable where our website is not. |

You might want to open a ticket with them to actually find out what the deal is? |

I did I got something like a brief issue with their vps servers... Odd since I got dedicated servers with them and not enough information explained lmao.
Might as well call my internet provider and ask them about load balancing  |

Well if you got a VPS you should explain them about their incorrect response, looks like the've got a lot of tickets and they're just randomly responding with same responses to everyone, no matter what product everyone has with them? |
