Anyone else experiencing problems with Everity?

About 4 days ago I begun having errors with my POP3 email and cpanel email (couldn't access either), and my main email has been down. I'd had a few email-related issues a few times prior, but this is the first time I've not been answered by James or his support staff (submitted support tickets via his ticketing system online) - very unusual, so thought I'd ask here.

I've tried calling the # on his domain name (weird busy signal, doesn't go through) as well as his 800 # (out of service), and at this point am a bit concerned... mostly because until now this has been a stellar hosting provider.

I've sent emails via my Hotmail account just in case my emails were noted as Spam (one of the servers kept listing my IP as spam for incoming/outgoing, and I couldn't even access my cpanel).

Anyone know how else I can contact him? If so, please let me know via PM (I've tried him that way, too). Or, if anyone knows if Everity is experiencing some problems?

Thank you!

I've not had any luck lately contacting Everity. Their website appears to be down again, so asking for support via their ticketing system in not an option.

I've tried to PM him through here, send emails directly, and submit a ticket (when the system was up), but with no response. I currently have two (or maybe three?) EMERGENCY priority tickets in the queue that have not been addressed.

I'm a bit shocked by the recent behavior of this host over the last several weeks (months?) as I can't understand why he went from an A+ host to F.

At one point, I even upgraded my account (more $$), and also added (for $9.99) the extra support service - which was supposed to offer the ability to have support issues addressed 24/7. That didnt' happen either. I'm at a loss.

The only method of contact I don't have is phone - the phone numbers listed on WhoIs are not in service any longer.

If anyone has ideas as to how I might better go about contacting this person, I would be very grateful. Thanks!
