That doesn't really surprise me. I imagine things are pretty hectic over their right now.

Still, they need to do something about this. Even one month of service won't cover what I've already lost due to downtime.

I change my last provider for things like this.

Problems for hours and no reply isnt good for the industry.

I will have to look for another provider.....

Balticservers, another lie on the hosting magazine!

Hello,

Our company has been working since 2001. For 9 years our business only reached European customers. In 2010 we have expanded our business to reach businesses and private clients worldwide. Our growth rate is enormous. During the past year the amount of customers has doubled.

During this growth, we have been working on a lot of projects to increase quality of service - new data-center section, conditioning, increasing power supply systems, migrating from 1G to 10G traffic rate. These projects have caused some disturbance for a portion of clients. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. All of the clients that have contacted us have been given compensations.

Our data center staff will be finished with installing and fine-tuning this new data-center section in February 2011.

Wow!!!

Yesterday you made a post somewhere saying that you compensated those who contacted you. Well, I sent two emails, one to info at duomenucentras.lt and another to remigijus at duomenucentras.lt.

I basically got the same response as you posted here, with no offers for any kind of compensation. Here are the replies I received.

I am very grateful to You for Your letter.

In fact, we are currently doing much to improve the quality of service. The main reasonis, that our company is growing and becoming difficult to manage all the processes.Over half of the year, our company's revenue has doubled.

Recently we have installed automatic dual power supply and cooling, is currently rolling out duplicate streams from the Internet with automatic BGP routing. We implement trafficshaping devices and DDoS firewalls. Indeed, on the innovation we have too many problems... We are doing everything that they do not recur. In the nearest future plans - a customer service job quality improvements.

Once again, thank you. We're always open to You and Your ideas.

Sincerely,
dr. Remigijus Laurutis
