A phone call or an email is always the best way to find out what is going on  . |

Just got the email response. Seems to be a network outage. Was worried because the automated email response took a little while. Apparently you guys are on top of it. |

As we always are, there was a bit of a blip that the network guys are working on resolving, wasn't very long I don't think. |
