Virpus - Support Issues

Posted by LBGA, 01-21-2011, 06:05 PM
I have been waiting literally, ALL DAY for someone to answer an *EMERGENCY* support ticket because of a downed server.

I have had a server down all day today due to NIC and IP address issues. I am highly pissed, as this server is down and I have no control to fix the server. I have done everything in my power to attempt to repair it, and have been unable to get no where with it. There has been no answer to my support tickets and no one has even considered looking at it.

I need to know what is going on and where the support is?

If I don't have a resolution to this issue in the next hour, I am cancelling all of my services and I will find another service provider who WILL take my business and who has better support than what I am getting with you!

You have until 6pm EST to respond to my inquiry or you can take everything back and give me every penny I paid you back!

Seriously, you are playing with my livelihood and my business now.

An extremely unhappy customer!

HVHost: That doesn't affect me to my knowledge. I am hosted on 'The Cloud' with them with is my understanding is on a dedicated server and I don't have a VPS. I use OnApp and have 2 VM's running and my issue is seperate from this, however it may be related in a way because the IP addresses appear to be compromised, and that's where my issue seems to be lying with.

However that still doesn't answer the reason why no one has responded to my support ticket. Someone should at least respond to it to let me know that something is going on and give me an ETA of when I can expect to receive a reply from them. Well, I guess that means that I am entitled to 2 months of free service too. Either that or else I am cancelling and taking my services elsewhere, cause I am fed up. I am moving from one provider with extreme issues, to another provider that seems to have the same up and down issues as well.

Isn't there a freakin' reliable provider out there? I guess I have to go direct and get my own dedicated server direct with a DC, cause that's the only time I have ever had stable service.

Virpus is a budget provider. You get what you pay for.

That being said, Ken and team do a good job.
