My HazeNet Server is Down (Orlando, FL)

I haven't been able to boot my HazeNet VPS server in Orlando, FL since Friday. Does anyone know of any outages?
I have 2 tickets with HazeNet support and both have gone UNANSWERED. Does anyone know how else to reach them or get better support?? |

It's been over 4 days and still no response from help support and I can't boot the VPS.  |

I have exactly the same problem; 2 support tickets and no answers so far.
i would like to see some official update on havenet.co.uk website where customers could easily follow up on the situation. |

Almost 6 days now and still no response -_-
I even emailed the "CEO" Colin Dunn (system@hazenet.co.uk).... no response -_- |

Hello, try e-mailing admin@, i e-mailed them saying interested in a VPS and they responded.
+ I believe there is a REP here. I wonder why they're ignoring everyone. |

After 3 support tickets and 2 emails, my VPS FINALLY came back online after 6 DAYS. I promptly cancelled my VPS and requested a full refund for this month.
I had over 10 DAYS OF DOWNTIME AND RANDOM OUTAGES.
I wouldn't recommend HazeNet to anyone. |

I started a support ticket for the refund last week and just updated it today with:
"Still waiting for a response."
An hour later I got an email that they refunded my last month of service (January). |

My VPS is currently down since 22 february, before that, the 20th, it went down randomly, suddenly having no hard disk or RAM available, so I simply think they disconnected my VPS from their network so it wouldn't function anymore. The day after, 21st, it strangely autofixed, day after, it again broke down, this time until the very moment I'm posting this, HazeNET is a good host and is cheap. Just they don't live by their own promises. |

my server on vz13 node is done since last sunday (6 full days so far!)....
anyone else having issues? |
