WebbyCart Backup Server 7 Down

Well this kinda sucks. I just signed up for webbycart a few days ago, and have been doing 6 hour backups on server 7. It appears they are attempting to rebuild the raid....seems I always end up signing up for a webhost, and they end up having problems almost immediately.

Although this thread is old, mind writing a review or letting us know if you are still with them etc? This is one of the more recent posts when it comes to there backup services.
