My VPS with them appears to be down as well as my friends dedicated server, there site's working fine but instant support and phone support aren't working either... |

Turns out they had a maintenance reboot today and it caused my VPS to become corrupted somehow. All data was gone. Not a big deal since I have backups, however, it's a bit frightening, especially when they state they don't know what caused it nor how to prevent it from happening again. |
