Joe's Datacenter Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Here at Joe's Datacenter we have spent the last few months focusing heavily on ways to improve customer service. Being a small company we have always been known for our customer service and fair treatment of customers. As we expand and grow its important that we maintain that same level of customer service to our clients. We offered a survey to our entire customer base and were very pleased with the positive remarks. That being said there are always ways to improve. Our customers let us know what was important to them and we responded.

More than 20% of the customers responded this is what they had to say.
When asked "Do you like Joe's Datacenter, neither like nor dislike it, or dislike it?"
Over 96% of our customers said they like Joe's Datacenter.
When asked "How likely are you to recommend Joe's Datacenter to people you know ?"
Over 96% of our customers said they would recommend us.
When asked "How convenient is Joe's Datacenter to use?"
Over 98% of our customers said we were conveinient to use.
When asked "How professional is Joe's Datacenter?"
Over 98% of our customers said we were professional.
When asked "How responsive is Joe's Datacenter?"
Over 95% of the people thought we were responsive.
When asked "How well do the technical support representatives at Joe's Datacenter answer your questions?"
Over 98% said we aswered their questions well.

Suggestions by clients
Phone Support - Sales/Support phones now enabled (ticket system only before)
Better Network Latency - Contract with Level 3 signed for bandwidth
Backup solution - In the works
Better website - We contracted and had built a New website
New Server Offerings - We started offering i3,i5,i7 AMD FX, and newer Xeon Servers
Better Support Times - We hired additional Tech Staff
Gigabit Ports - We started upgrading equipment and have already replaced all network equipment in Colo with Gig ports
Better Client Communication - We created a Facebook, G+, and Twitter account. Now you can Follow, Circle or Tweet us!
IPv6 Everywhere - We now support IPv6 on all services and through all providers.

When asked "What suggestions if any do you have for Joe's Datacenter?" This is a sample of some of the results.
None off the top of my head. Your support staff is always quick and responsive. I even had a 911 issue (that was completely my fault) earlier today, and they had a KVM hooked up within 20 minutes so I could fix the problem remotely. Awesome service. You guys rock, and I foresee being a customer for a long time

Zero complaints: everything just works, my interactions with your support people have left me very pleased, and the price you gave me on a dedicated box was great.

No real suggestions. I have been a customer for a while now and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and level of service that I have received. Keep up the good work!

Almost 3 years in Joe's Datacenter. The prices are good, The service is excellent and the technical support is the best I have never seen If the service will not change, I'm sure that I will never leave from Joe's Datacenter.

I've hosted my personal server at a few other "budget" providers over the years. While I was generally happy with their services, their prices inexplicably increased over time with no discernible benefit to me. In the three years I've leased a server at Joe's there have been no price increases. In fact, the lowest end dedicated server is now even cheaper than whatever was offered when I signed up. Joe's has been top notch and I'm happy to be a customer.

I think you provide great service at great prices. You may already offer this I am not sure but on dedicated servers it would be nice to monitor from android and iphone. Thanks and keep up the good work!
