Staminus Migration

Anyone back up yet from Staminus' migration? I was told the max would be 3 hours, which it has now been.

We were moved the other day and it went relatively smoothly.

Seems to be all coming back online for me now.

Edit: Still up and down.

The majority of our migration went very smoothly. There were naturally some issues to be expected but we maintain minimal downtime for all servers.

The worst service i've ever seen.. gonna move to another company asap

They rebooted us twice during the mirgation (each time mysql should check 70gb database that makes our website to be down for 1-1.5hrs)

And now our server is offline for more than 12 hours. Noone answers the phone and the only answer i got in the tickets ~2 hours ago was "we are investigating"...

I was using them for around 6 month and was getting network issues around 3-4 times a week.
Guys, take a look at Ticket 21506 and stop celebrations!

I don't how fix. I sign up days ago and it down at lot. Other options for how to get fix.

I need:
DDOS protection
DMCA on spam list - Be able runs vbulletin nulled on computer

Other betters options than staminus/Dosprotect?

Pilsen,
That is not an open ticket. It was closed because the issue was resolved. Your server was not shut down or reboot twice during our migration. It was shut down once. Your server was simply found in a "halted" state afterward. As we mentioned in your ticket, this could be due to a number of factors, none of which were a direct result of our staff doing anything to your server. This issue was unrelated to the server migration. Please do not falsify or exaggerate facts. Thank you.

affilio,
I don't know who you are. You registered simply to make a negative post though. If you want support, please open a ticket in our help desk. WHT is not our help desk.

Mikehussy,
I'm not sure why you would post the first two sentences from our email here.

Our migration is over. It was over December 24th.
