Dear xxx xxx
On Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 3:36 PM CEST, our housing provider, GlobalConnect, unfortunately experienced a major power outage affecting all our customers. We currently have not been informed if the problem was related to the UPS's or diesel generator's.
The power was restored shortly after, and we are in the process of powering on all servers. Please acknowledge that servers are restarted in small batches in order to prevent any further problems.
You will, of course, receive a full report, as you are entitled to get the real story if our services are interrupted - the facts, the causes, the solutions and the recommendations.
If you have submitted a ticket via the Control Center or sent an email in regards to this outage, please understand that we cannot answer you individually.
If your problem persists, please submit a ticket as we have engineers on-site to examine your hardware.
We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.
