i can't access their website and my vps since 5 hours ago.

I create new ticket since 3 days ago but they never replied and now their web site down and my vps for my server is down |

Yeah, My VPS is also down since past 6 hrs. I'm not sure whats the reason for this severe downtime. |

Update: Its back online now. Their site, VPS and my sites are all opening perfectly! |

Its located in S11.
While i checked out this vps they said that its running on 4 cores each running at 1.2 Ghz. But now my box's cpu info shows that its running at 300 mhz on 2 cores instead of 4 cores! I asked corey about this and found that they moved it to temporary box before two weeks. Seems they've some problem. |
