Whole network is down. any suggestion?

suggest you look up there customer support number and try calling. And if there site Vortechhosting.com because it seems there site is up. I don't think they are down unless you got ip banned.

Thanks, but the whole network was down, and so the support helpdesk too. It was router problem for half hour or a bit more.
