Hi

Dear Delimiter.us

Where is your support I have ticket in now for 2 days without reply about my WHM / cPanel,

All I am getting is this:

I have look at the sever with SSH and get this:

Frankfurt is down at 09:30 morning.
Do you have any info?
High severity ticket has been opened already, but nothing...
Only an arabic sales agent is online.

Two years i did not have any problem with delimiter. No network outage, no paypal problem, no any problem. So what you try to say, is not true. Or can be true, but this is not my problem.
My problem is the first problem on delimiter for me in this two years.

Anyway, in this moment the time is 19:30 here and the servers in Frankfurt is down yet.

I have also been with them for over 2 years, and never had any problems. But this downtime today is taking far to long!

Does someone know which datacentre in Germany they are on? I will personally call them myself.. So I know if Delimiter is doing all they can..

In this moment i want my vps to be up, nothing else.
Other sites, other datacenters of delimiter is up and runing, so i hope in Frankfurt is only a hardware problem, nothing else, and will be repaired soon.

tried contact via ticket
tried contact via http://helpdesk.yomura.jp/
Now sending PM to DelimiterVPS

So far no reply, traceroute showing it reaching data centrethen die'ing. If only I had a more recent backup, wouldn't be as worried.

The ticket, was closed once without any resolution.

Maybe I can call Hetzner(The Datacentre) and ask if they maybe know more?

Im guessing they wont be able to say much, but you can see from THEIR status page their are no problems.

My presumption, which i hate to make is that delimiter have not paid their bills and server has been cut off. If this is the case the DC wont say much.

i just joined them 9 days ago, and i'm in 18hours downtime for my vps ( in Frankfurt datacenter), also they close my ticket without any response.

I have the same problem and I cant find answer, they merged a pair of support tickets but did not take time to answer.

I hope this can be resolved fast, Im client since february, without problems till now

I even asked them now in a ticket if it are financial problems! Cause im willing to pay for a full month of that Frankfurt server to get it back online! Very important information on it!

Lucky for some still off-line here.
Was reading what I signed up for, a bit funny.

99.9% Uptime, 24x7 Qualified Network Support, Wholly owned network

Exceeded the uptime promise.
No or Little response support.
In the response they gave, they say they don't even manage the server and relying on someone else.

my ip 188.40.174.179, ive got this VPS since december 2009, i decided on it bacause 99,9% uptime

ive got 3 offline:
APRIL 2010 - 7 hours
JUNE 2010 - 3 hours
NOW - 28 hours

first and second i can understand, but the last one was terrible

99,9% its only 9 hours of down at one year

But in my country, Poland, you have to pay 3,4 times more so i decided to takes 2 VPS from delimiter in diffrent DC, primary and secondary its still 2 time cheaper

Support its no so bad, when you pay 20$ monthly - thats great i my opinion

Two tickets, no reply from last Friday, lost all data i guess, can't boot VPS up with SolusVM even I can access it.

they never answer the tickets from last fail. the data was backedup but now the service is down again... I will terminate this service. too bad delimiter. too bad

File a PayPal dispute, they will probably contact you in matter of minutes
