My sites have been down for about 12 hours (an it's not the first time it's down in the month I've had an account), with no response whatsoever from their tech support. I'd say it's time to cut my losses and find a new host. Luckily I have a fairly recent mySQL dump...
Posted by PhilJ, 10-08-2010, 02:52 PM just spoke to live support @ ideastack, and they are useless. all they can say is "we had a problem with the server and are working on it" meanwhile everything is still down and they offer no explanation or apology whatsoever.
Anyway I setup an account at HostDime and am moving everything over as we speak.
beware of ideastack!
