The following was an email sent out to all clients. Its being posted here incase anyone missed it as well as a communication channel:
This email is being sent to all clients about downtime in our UK DC on Saturday 2nd October 2010
- Our upstream will be enacting our procedures for a controlled power outage to our UK location during 00:00 and 08:00 AM GMT. We expect UK based dedicated servers and VPS to be powered down for between 4-8 hours. A link to the upstream announcement can be found at the end of this email
- During this time the following customer facing services will be unavailable

We would ask that during this window you only raise ticket for urgent service issues such as offline servers as we do expect to be busy but we will aim to work through any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
- We will have staff onsite during this time who will be there in case of issues restarting VPS host nodes etc.
