In September we only had around 15minutes downtime, and that was only cause of a network issue our datacenter had at the time, but they solved it out very fast.

In certain cases your IP can get blocked by the server's firewall if you fail too many logins in cPanel or FTP or webmail, so that could be the reason you thought the host is down. If this happens all you need to do is mail us with your IP address at support[@]hetrixbyte.com and we'll remove the block from the firewall.
