Burst packet loss

Hello,
I have some latency problem with burst. Anyone else have also this problem ? I have this from Romania, also from Germany to.
64 bytes from burst.net (66.96.192.202): icmp_seq=82 ttl=52 time=96.1 ms

A just-ping.com test is showing only minor pack lost in Indonesia and India:

It's Possible something along the route you're using is having an issue. Open up a support ticket at BurstNET (As WHT is NOT BurstNET support) and include a tracert to and from your server.
Actually, doing this might have been a better first step than running and posting on WHT... as you'll never get resolution to your issue via WHT. |

Hi
I have problems too
Packets: Sent = 677, Received = 639, Lost = 38 (5% loss)
and poor bandwith 40-50 Kb/s
Location: Romania

Same here from US. I opened a ticket 6 hours ago but forgot the traceroute. Went to bed, and today I see everything is alright. |
