Vitelity offline?

Is www.vitelity.net down for anyone?
I cant use my PBX at all either.
Their phone numbers dont ring, either. |

They look to be 100% down. Have lot's of unhappy customers. Can't make contact with vitelity in any way. Please keep me updated if you find anything. |

I'm kinda angry now - I was just praising them last night because tehy replied to my ticket about 16 times (i would reply inbetween - a back and forth) within 3 minutes |

It may not be their fault. There seems to be a routing issue to them at the moment. Try some traceroutes from different locations and you'll see what I mean |

The least they could do is have the courtesy to put up a status page or update a twitter |
