their own website went offline 2 days ago but those first customers have been offline for 7 days now!
no mail,
no updates
no nothing
i'm left in the dark
try telling THAT to business contacts, you see every day!
the only thing i read was this thread here, which i will be forwarding to all of my customers as a waver of responsability

also, i'm waiting for an "official" statement.
this is the 21st century, even my kids keep a journal of their contacts. Can't imagine a "professional" that's not doing that
I also fail to understand why it's so hard to mail your customers who have been offline for 7 DAYS!

Please do a search on Google.be for "redunix fraude". You will find an 87-page (and counting) thread regarding the datacenter issues. This should provide you with more details.
We are currently waiting for our ISP to resolve a routing issue to our DNS server. Once this has been resolved, everything will be back online.
