RACKVM UK02 Down for more than 24 hours
Posted by Mr_Five, 08-28-2010, 09:15 PM |
Hi...
Anybody have VPS with RackVM at UK02 node?
Mine is already down for more than 24 hours, sometimes it looks like up, but all service like mysql, exim, cpanel are failed to start...
I already submit ticket to RacmVM, also for more than 24 hours and there is no respond. (2 tickets for more than 24 hours and 1 ticket just submitted) |

Even if you post this here, there's nothing me or anyone in WHT can do. Only RackVM support can help you. You might expect them to see this and try harder to fix it, but you could have as well just PM them. |

Don't think he will have much luck getting money back if they haven't responded at all for 24 hours regarding the downtime itself. |

@OP Did you get one of their cheap offers from lowendbox?
Their seems to be afew threads and posts around lowendbox regarding issues with nodes going down or people getting suspended... |
Posted by wst_dirk, 08-29-2010, 09:00 AM |
Don't think the full node is down
I have a VPS on that node too (in Kent) and it works fine. |

Are you able to login to the Serial Console and check the logs? |
Posted by wst_dirk, 08-29-2010, 10:06 AM |
Never tried that.
I can login via SSH, webserver is running and the crons are running fine too. The stats I have on the VPS don't show any downtime at all |

Sorry, I was suggesting that for Iwan since he's having trouble with his vps.
I have a RackVM vps on UK00 that's also running fine. |

Hey OP,
I'm on UK02 also, and didn't notice any downtime.
17:59:47 up 26 days, 19:42, 2 users, load average: 0.17, 1.06, 1.28 |
Posted by dufu, 08-29-2010, 01:01 PM |
I'm on UK02 and my vps is also down. I can ping it (but with very high latency) sometimes, but none of my services (ssh, webservice) are running/accessible. SolusVM also reports the VPS as being down, however it cannot boot/reboot/shutdown. So it's completely useless now. Also submitted 2 support tickets yet, first one 3 days ago but no response what so ever... Great company. |
Posted by wlsiew, 08-29-2010, 01:20 PM |
I am having the same issue with UK02 too. Cant power-off/power-on/reboot my VPS. Cant SSH to the VPS but able to ping. Support ticket reponded after 24hrs which is ridiculous an unacceptable. Going to cancel my service. Bye bye RackVM. |

I can login to Solus VM control panel, but cannot boot or reboot the server.
The status always said already restarted, but when I refresh the page and the VPS is still offline.
But now my VPS is up again without any reply from their support explain what happened...
After up for few hours, some services like nameserver and sshd reported as failed by cpanel dns only.
And 2 hours ago finally i got respond from Ben like this:
Quote:
Hello
Apologies for the delay all nodes are up and working fully with uptimes of over 30 days.
Please let us know if you are still having issues with your server as from what I can see all servers are working.
I would recommend a rebuild should you server be offline and that there is an issue with your vps.
We provide an unmanaged service which solely includes Level 1 support.
Unmanged services cover network and power.
We full appreciate that some customer do expect more and would recommend submitting a cancellation should our method be unsatisfactory.

Kind Regards,

I,d say the VPS nodes are unstable...
Multiple reports about the same issues, its fishy to me...
I,d do exactly as he says, Go for the refund...
But anyhow you pay for what you get in life
I know these guys have been selling to the masses and when you do you expect to hear some noise however, Their name seems to be popping up more than my liking... |

@THAMAN: I already 1 month with RackVM, 2 days ago I just made second month payment by Google Checkout.
@SLDHosting: Yes, I got the 75% OFF promotion from lowendbox for only 4.00 GBP per month (G=1024MB/B=2048MB) |

Ahh you was drawn in by their 1GB deal...
I think this was massive overselling... Even going colo or having the cheapest of servers still i dont think you can sell them out at that price here in the UK, Unless that got some massive deals on space and hardware... |

For me overselling for a cheap VPS is fine, as long as the admin can manage well their main node...
But with downtime + services failed for more than 24 hours and very very late reply from support is unacceptable.
And once they replied, they only blamed customers (me). My VPS only use to run Cpanel DNS Only, how can it goes wrong and need to rebuild???
Btw... how I can cancel the second month payment using Google Checkout? since I'm not yet using it, the second month period will starting this 1st September. |

You'll have to contact them to regarding cancelling that payment i think... ( i dont use google checkout)
However but when that node has maybe only got 12GB ram itself...
and their selling at £4 a shot... Its going to be like you have described it... Personally am not sure what their motives are by offering that deal but i think it will cause them more damage than good...
You got an idea how many CPU's the node had?
They've been known to provision VPSes on dual core nodes...
Kent science park isnt the most cheapest of places here in the uk to colo either... |

UK03 Node is still down. Ive had no response to a support ticket sent this morning. I'm currently uploading files to my new provider!! |
Posted by Jon G, 08-30-2010, 08:36 PM |
I'm on UK02 and my VPS seems fine. Using it primarily for rsync. I can SSH in and webmin works fine. |
Posted by wst_dirk, 08-31-2010, 03:56 AM |
This thread was about uk02, which was for me always running fine (both my VPS have an uptime of over 23 days). Now it seems that the issue that people were describing for some of the VPSes on UK02 are now also visible on UK03 (which although the name says UK are located in France :-)). My VPS on UK03 (in France) was running fine yesterday and today it's not. A ping to it work perfectly. When you try to SSH to it, "something" grabs the connection/port but you never get a login request. Via SolusVM it's set as OFFLINE and a REBOOT isn't working either. I would say they realy have some issues .... |

Having same problem on UK02, IP is pointing to the default debian apache page, when my VPS on it is nginx on CentOS.
UK03 is also down, for me
Edit
---
My UK02 IP now points to VHosting?, Ive even turned the VPS off.

UK03 is still down. No ticket response for more than 24 hours. This vps was the one that updated the whole information of my site...! |

I have a 1GB VPS on UK03 and right now I can't access my VPS, but I can ping it.
And SolusVM won't load either.
Don't know WTF is going on.
I have an Oracle database running on my VPS, and when I try to access it from HTTP, I can't reach it, it just stalls at "Waiting for 178.x.x.x".
So it seems like the VPS is down, but there isn't even any way to tell. |

Could everyone provide their UK ip's that are down?
Reason i'm asking is that there was a very interesting post on lowendbox recently that I'm wanting to confirm before I link.

The problems are not only in the UK.
My 2 UK VPSes are still up-and-running.
The one in France isn't (ping although works fine - 178.32.70.145) |

@Therbo - That isn't with the host in question so I won't bring up the post until I get something similar (maybe people from the first round of yearlys?)
@Dirk - No comment on the France side, no one from OVH/etc has come forward about it.

I have one instance in France that does not respond to any ports, hosts does however respond to ping and according to nmap the ports are open.
I guess it is time to put another $5 host in the garbage disposal (second one this month).. |

I just paid my newest invoice a couple of days ago too, what a waste.
At least with the credit card I can perform a charge-back though.
Still no mention of problems from RackVM.
SolusVM still not working. |
Posted by Fabienne, 09-01-2010, 12:29 AM |
I have a VPS on the UK03 node (France wit OHV). I tried to pay a few days ago with paypal but got the following error from paypal:
"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at paypal"
So I raised up a ticket at RackVM asking to resolve the problem because I wanted to pay. It's only yesterday I discovered that the VPS was offline and there was no way to boot it up. So I raised another ticket to solve this problem but until now I still didn't get any answer to my questions. Even not on my question about fixing the payment problems. Last point I want to add. On 29/08/2010 I got at least 10 invoice reminders for the same VPS although the due date was only 01/sep-2010.
My prefered way to solve problems is to try to contact the company itself first but if all my attemps resolve to nothing I have no other choice than talking about some facts here on this forum.
Kind regards,
Fabienne |

RacVM stopped accepting Paypal a couple of weeks ago.
They sent out an e-mail to all customers. |
Posted by wlsiew, 09-01-2010, 12:48 AM |
So, what is happening to RackVM. I also can't pay using PayPal. My VPS in UK02 is down for 24 hours (I guess only) and email support ticket is replied after more than 24 hours with the following: -
I seriously don't accept the email replied as above and now they don't accept PayPal. I understand this is an unmanaged VPS but what can a customer do if we can't SSH to the VPS and reboot/power off/power on doesn't help in SolusVM??? The last resort is to contact RackVM, am I right? |
Posted by Fabienne, 09-01-2010, 12:50 AM |
Never got an email from RackVM about changing payment methods. Btw, the paypal option is still available on the invoice screen. Please note that on there client control panel there is a category called "Portal Home > Announcements". I think there should at least put some info there. |

It is only available because it was the last one you used. If you switch it to Google Checkout, you'll notice Paypal is no longer one of the options.
You probably did get the e-mail, I doubt every customer but you got it, and there haven't been any threads about it on the forums either so I think most people got it.
Thinking about it now, I wonder if that should have tipped me off that something was going wrong at RackVM.
Often not accepting Paypal is a sign of having too many chargebacks.
I figured if there were any big problems, there would be threads about RackVM on here, but I've only seen one dissatisfied person in the last few weeks.
If the VPS doesn't come up and there is no communication within the next 2 days I'm going to perform a charge-back on my last payment. |
Posted by Fabienne, 09-01-2010, 01:22 AM |
On 18/08/2010 RackVM send out a limited offer by email for their VPS in France. The only drawback: yearly instead of monthly. I have found on webhostingtalk a thread where Ben from RackVM is talking about problems with VPS at OVH. OVH is not that kind in giving support to RackVM.
I'm still hesitating about cancelling my account. |
Posted by MrLadoodle, 09-01-2010, 03:01 AM |
I did some payments a few days ago, I will dispute them (even though I will probably loose), can anyone who's VPSs are still "alive", Ticket RackVM and see if they give you a reply. |
Posted by wst_dirk, 09-01-2010, 03:52 AM |
I still have 2 running VPSes with them and one none running, I have tickets open for over 24h now and no response to it :-( |
Posted by nvkk, 09-01-2010, 04:19 AM |
My VPS at the UK03 node (France) has been down for more than 72 hours with no ticket response.
And now the access panel is not available.
Can I ask for a refund? I paid the whole year. |
Posted by MrLadoodle, 09-01-2010, 04:21 AM |
If RackVM could at least make an announcement of whats going on, I wouldn't mind my VPS being down that much, but the point that their being secretive about it and not answering tickets is suspicious. |

I'm on UK00.
I'm pretty sure they've got machines in at least two data centers in the UK.
My VPS on UK00 (which is running) has a 91.* IP address, with whois like this:
PHP Code:
netname: Vooservers
descr: Vooservers Limited
country: GB
org: ORG-VL35-RIPE
For awhile my VPS with them was on a different server with a 188.* IP address, with whois like this:
PHP Code:
netname: UK-ENTANET-20090417
org: ORG-EA52-RIPE
descr: ENTANET
country: GB
The SolusVM control panels that are down at the moment point to a 188.* IP address with Entanet whois info. |

Likewise, I am on UK03 France too. I have transferred my data to a new supplier, would have been nice to have recovered one of my larger MySQL databases though!!
I received an Email on 5th Aug to say they were ceasing to use Paypal as payment supplier. Also received Email on 17th Aug stating offers for existing customers on their France nodes:
£20/year - 512 package
£36/year - 1024 package |

My node at UK04 is down, too.
These kind of scam is really hurting VPS business...
I consider reporting this to the authoritatives seriously. |
Posted by robjw, 09-01-2010, 11:06 AM |
I have 2 VPS's, I'm just not sure which node they're on. As they're both still up, I'm guessing it's not UK02 :-) The fact that their control panels are down too really does not inspire confidence... I don't have anything critical on these servers but one is a 1/2GB VPS for which I paid up front for a year. I'm just waiting for it to disappear now.... |

Most likely DCs shutting down unpaid servers and Ben has not even bothered to reply on WHT or LEB. If you still have something important on the node BACK UP IMMEDIATELY and start looking for another host |

I'm beginning to think the same thing. Especially with the lack of any communication from Ben etc. I have no valuable data on there. One is a test Zabbix monitoring server, and the other I was testing out simpleinvoices on. |

I feel so stupid for signing up with these, I have a backup of one of my RackVM vps's on my Virpus VPS, I'm so glad I did take that backup, otherwise my project files would be ruined.
My other RackVM vps had VNC and some files, but I don't think I need them.
So there you go folks, take backups!!!!!!! |
Posted by robjw, 09-02-2010, 10:00 AM |
Yep, mine are now down too. I wasn't too worried as I thought I used Paypal. I did, but only for the 128mb £4 odd VPS. I bought that one as a test and when it worked well, I went back and got a 1GB VPS on the same LEB special deal. For some reason I paid for that one through NOCHEX. Their support system doesn't appear to be working, so I'm going to contact my CC compnay and see if they can help. It's only £45 at the end of the day but if I can get it back I might as well. |

RackVM took our money and left. |

My Nephew sounds like a grown man on the phone and he just hit puberty. Ben could very well be under the legal age which here is (18). But we will all never know that since all the information was cloaked/fake. The fact that they dropped you from the help-desk with no notification and all their servers are gradually shutting down points to the fact that RackVM is closing up shop.
I hope everyone from RackVM gets everything sorted out (Money & Backup wise). This surely is an unfortunate turn of events because i actually seen a lot of potential with RackVM. Too bad I turned out to be wrong.

You are now chatting with Nick Stears (Sales)
Florian Strankowski says:
i am having serious issues with one of your customers
the person in question is the owner of “RackVM” who is reselling your servers to customers, providing VPS (virtual private servers)
the company website is shut down, all services are offline and i cant reach my server to backup important data
before i fill a lawsuite i would like to know, if the customer is still receiving services from you
or if he cancelled the business with your company
Nick says:
Ok, we cant provide information about our clients due to data protection laws but i can confirm to you those servers for that client has been shut off
Nick says:
We have had a lot of reuqests regarding this issue and this is as much information as we can give
This is the chat i had with VooServers (Hoster for UK02).
I am filling a Lawsuite in Germany, for everyone who would like to get more details please contact me
under my emailaddress (look @ impressum -> coresec.de).
UPDATE: Lawsuite is in progress now, this has just been reported to the police in Germany. |

My UK VPS is down but my French VPS is up.
Odd.
I guess Vooservers is staying down but OVH and node UK03 came back up for some reason. I wonder why it was down in the first place then.

I doubt it was thousands of pounds worth, you are likely exaggerating.
But if you really put any important data on the one of the cheapest VPS in the world, then you were very foolish.
A cheap VPS is not for mission critical applications. |

Dear WHT Readers,
I thought I would pop on here to try and resolve some of the questions that are being asked as there have been a number of people on our live chat and e-mailing our support desk for details or to recover their data.
First of all please note that the details we hold for RackVM will never be released to anyone unless it is through a court order due to data protection.
As far as VPS's that are down we operate on the following range's and the VPS's on these range's through RackVM will currently be offline as the servers have now been turned off. If your VPS is on another IP range then it was not hosted in our facility and you should speak to the provider who operates your IP range.
194.0.X.X
91.212.X.X
91.216.X.X
For data recovery we are currently seeking legal advice as although it may be your data our contracts are with RackVM and therefore from our legal standing at the moment the data holder is RackVM. The second issue here is data protection as we do not know who was operating each VPS so providing access to any VPS or it's data is going to require some form of verification which we will have to work with our lawyers on to determine a suitable form.
Lastly I would just like to state that we will do everything in our power to help those people who have VPS's offline and need to recover data etc however due to the legal complications it is not going to be an easy or a quick process.
If you have any queries please feel free to contact me directly on matt[at]vooservers.com. Please note however that our priority is supporting our own customers who have active contracts but I will ensure that I get back to you within a few hours if you e-mail me.
Best Regards,
Matt Parkinson.
Managing Director. |

91.212.X.X is RackVM's Xen VPS range
and
91.216.X.X is RackVM's OpenVZ range
Thanks for the post Voo. |

That's why you need to have a backup.
If you would read the TOS of about any provider then you would see that they have no responsability towards your data, you're always responsible for your data. |

VooServers isn't realy allowed to turn them up. They have no rights to the data nor to the content of the harddrives. Normaly they should simply reformat the systems. |

This is exactly what a lot of people don't understand. The data in the eyes of VooServers is RackVM's and due to the contract between the two companies this is also how the law in the UK would see it. People should be grateful that VooServers have not just formatted them and are seeking legal advice on the matter.
There has been plenty of uproar about how RackVM went through VPS's and peoples personal details however now the boot's on the other foot and people want their data back they are happy for another company to do this. |

I have been doing some detective work...
Stuff people may already know but...
His name is Ben Harper
Location:
Venture House
Silver Court
Watchmead, Herts AL7 1TS
GB
Looking up this location its a Business Office Block, North of London
Doing a google search for this guy, I have found out he's 30-35 years of age and has the middle name of J.... could be for John and surname abbreviated for Benjamin
I have yet to seek out a contact phone number for this Ben but am working on it. A reliable please you have to pay for may well come up with it but not sure yet...
Anyway... if I was Ben, or is you are Ben reading this, you have upset and angered many people on the forum and all over the world. People will find you and this could catch up with you one day in many different ways. So if I were you, if get the servers online and give people warning before shutting your doors for good..
Dan
EDIT: According to the Electoral Roll 2010, Benjamin J Harper in the location area of AL7, is currently or not long been living with 3 other people of different surnames... |
Posted by joeljkennedy, 09-04-2010, 06:49 PM |
I believe people have discussed his WHOIS information before. That address is believed to be fake. It might be an address for one of the datacentres he uses.
There are so many Ben Harpers in the UK with lots of different middle names, it would be very hard to track him down without getting his information off a company like Vooservers. I believe that is the way forward. If this whole thing goes to court which I would take a guess that it is, his address would be revealed to the court.
Let's not go round with flaming torches now |
Posted by Dan-CKS, 09-04-2010, 06:55 PM |
How do we know vooservers has a real address for him.. |
Posted by joeljkennedy, 09-04-2010, 07:10 PM |
We don't. I hope they do, and I'm pretty sure the court would be able to find out. In terms of data, if you are on a server hosted at Vooservers you need to wait until they come up with a solution and hope that they keep us posted. Users hosted with other datacentres should try to find them out and contact them to see the situation at their end.
As for pretty much everyone including me who has lost money, I'm not really sure how we go about it. I guess we wait for more information from Vooservers. |

Google Checkout Refund Info - http://checkout.google.com/support/b...n&answer=81849
Google Checkout Refund claim form - http://checkout.google.com/support/b...ct_type=claimb
Contacting your bank and/or Visa my also be a way to get refund but I can't imagine that the money is the most important thing.
Do we think our data and databases are lost or is he combing through them to find important info?
As for trying to contact Ben then there are 3 'B Harpers' listed on 192.com for Hertfordshire.
The address in the Whois is office space in Hertfordshire so it might be worth contacting them to see if he ever rented the space.
I think if we complain to the local Trading Standards they will investigate things further from their end.... if enough of us contact them anyway.

Someone earlier said Paypal wouldn't cover them because it didn't cover services.
I am wondering what the difference is between what you did and that person.
Perhaps he was asking to be reimbursed for his losses, and you were just asking for a refund.
I think that earlier post saying Paypal wouldn't do anything confused people into thinking if they paid by Paypal they couldn't get their money back. |

I posted a complaint with paypal a few days ago. They say I have to wait for the seller to respond, they have time until the 14th of September. I hope that after that I can get my money back. I payed them $60 for a whole year! I'm never doing that again, no matter how sweet the deal is!
Hopefully I and every body else that filled a complaint with paypal get our money back! |

Login to your Checkout account, click on RackVM's invoice and then somewhere in that page there must be something a link about having problems with RackVM.
Click there and ask Google for a refund, telling them that you don't have what you paid for.
Then they will contact RackVM and send you a link. In case RackVM doesn't answer in 5 days, click on the link and they will refund the money. |

When I click Request Refund or Return it says this
Please note: using this form will not automatically make changes to your order. It will send your request via email to RackVM.

There must be some other link. In that link there are some select options, what problem do you have, what do you want to do to solve it, etc, and then Google contacts RackVM. I don't really remember as I've been waiting for more than a week, just keep searching.
Edit: I think it's this: http://checkout.google.com/support/b...y?answer=99880 |

Our specialists have reviewed RackVM, and we no longer allow this seller to process orders using Google Checkout.
If you've received previous communication about a refund, you can ignore this email and no further action is needed.
If the issue with Google Order #<number> has not been resolved, we advise you to contact your credit/debit card-issuing bank to request a chargeback. To see which credit/debit card was used for Google Order #<number>, visit https://checkout.google.com/view/receipt?t=<number>
Seems like they are doing it differently for each customer :-( |

Reason I use Paypal and Google Checkout is because I have used debit card which obviously has less protection then a credit card. |

Matt has asked me to make the following post which he has posted on LEB.
Dear LEB Readers,
Please find below the e-mail which I have sent to users who have e-mailed me directly with the official legal stance that we have been advised to take. I am still trying to arrange release of your data which is explained below:
I have now been able to clarify everything with our lawyers but unfortunately at this time we are not able to release the data ourselves. We have been told that due to our contract and terms of service the eyes of the law would see the data on the servers as RackVM's and allowing access to that would be a breach of data protection and confidentiality which could potentially land us in a lot of trouble. I do have plans to raise our own legal case against RackVM before the end of the week so the outcome of that may put me in contact with Ben and therefore I may be able to get written permission to release the data from him.
As I have said before however this is not going to be a quick or easy process to resolve however I am trying to ensure you can get your data back but we must address the legal aspects from our side first of all.
If you have any queries please let me know and I will be happy to help.
Best Regards,
Matt Parkinson. |

Dear WHT Readers,
Another update for you today! We have now been able to speak to Ben and we are making arrangments for these servers to be switched back on for a few hours for data to be recovered. Data recovery will be down to the individual clients however, all we are doing is powering the servers back up and we will not be able to reset any passwords or rectify any problems with VPS's. Once I have arranged for these to be turned back on I will make another post to let you know. |

Can you let the forum know when its up Matt? |

All of the nodes have now been powered up and are online. We will keep these running for at least 4 hours. |

Thanks, creating tar.bz2 at the moment of whole server on UK02 and sending it out. Hopefully you can relay message to Ben, this is not the way to threat customers. Thank god for VooServers, I can finally get my data back. |

If only they could get their ETANet servers up |

I already had backups, so I was ok for that, but I was able to login to my old vps and wipe my data off it for peace of mind. Thanks. |

Is there a command to make a big backup and what command can you use to format it?

He wouldn't go to jail for something like this. It would be classed as petty crime and it wouldn't go any further than a small claims court to get money back. |

It's too bad about RackVM, but I think the people that used their VPS a lot saw it coming. I did atleast -- moved to other servers just 5 days before everything fell appart. |

Has anyone else gotten their money back from PayPal? I just got an email saying they won't cover my transaction and I'm not getting a refund. I'm going to try directly with my credit card company. |

DO NOT DO A CHARGEBACK against paypal they will simply limit your account. |
Posted by ZTEC, 09-25-2010, 08:25 AM |
I got my money back from paypal, but I claimed it the day after RACKVM went down and they refunded me in 24 hours.
I don't know why you're starting to care about a refund 3 weeks after? |
Posted by supernova32, 09-25-2010, 08:34 AM |
I also did it the day they went down, but PayPal took three weeks to make a decision!! |

And what I'm I supposed to do then? Just let them get away with 50 that rightfully belong to me? I don't think so. PayPal can go to hell for not helping costumers! |
Posted by ZTEC, 09-25-2010, 08:42 AM |
Maybe respond 3 weeks earlier, if they owe you 50 euro you could probably get it back if you paid it purely with paypal. but you have to be on time, 45 days after payment is the max. |
Posted by supernova32, 09-25-2010, 08:44 AM |
I already did all the claim stuff, I cannot reopen the case. I'm going directly to my credit card company |
Posted by ZTEC, 09-25-2010, 09:09 AM |
What have you told them in the claim? You should say its money you prepaid to the company before they went down. So basicly that you ordered a service that you never got -- not that you had 50% of your service done.
It's kind of weird that they cover for most people and not for you ( besides that you're 3 weeks later of course ) |
Posted by supernova32, 09-25-2010, 09:16 AM |
Basically I told them the same.... I don't know why they won't issue me the refund, but I'm not the only one. mihnmeo here says that he aslo didn't get his money back. What I find most worrying is that from the time I got a reply from PayPal up to yesterday, the status on the complaint said that I would be getting a refund, I don't know why the hell they changed their mind. |
Posted by ZTEC, 09-25-2010, 09:17 AM |
Where are you from? maybe some fraud risk country? |
Posted by supernova32, 09-25-2010, 10:28 AM |
Not at all. I live in Germany and have a german PayPal account. |
Posted by ZTEC, 09-25-2010, 02:22 PM |
Then I can't come up with any reason why they wouldn't refund you. I'd call support. |
